In a world where heroes claim the spotlight while sidekicks handle the paperwork, five overlooked support personnel discover a disturbing pattern: sidekicks are disappearing without explanation. When Spencer “Spotlight” is abducted before their eyes, the remaining sidekicks form an unlikely team to investigate. What they uncover is shocking—their own heroes are behind the abductions, harvesting sidekick powers for a mysterious “Prominence Initiative.” With no heroes coming to save them, these second-stringers must become their own rescue squad. Their limited abilities—bouncing off surfaces, teleporting five feet at a time, perfect memory recall, and voice mimicry—were designed for support roles, but might just be enough to save their friends... if they play their A-game.
